Please use this option if this is your first visit. This is a one hour hands on session. This provides 30 minutes additional time for reviewing history as well as creating a treatment plan. Additional transaction fee for credit cards.

Bring a health history with you. This will make it easier for you to fill out my health intake. Arrive early so you are not in a rush. Being late can make the appointment feel rushed and difficult to relax and enjoy the full benefit.
